On July 29, 2021, the Ecological Rights Foundation ("EcoRights") sent a letter to the Administrator and the Deputy Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to encourage the EPA to replace personnel within EPA that were targeted by the Trump Administration for downsizing.
