On June 1, 2021 Ecological Rights Foundation ("EcoRights") prevailed in a longstanding dispute against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") regarding EPA's illegal withholding of a variety of records related to ongoing allegations of corruption in Trump's EPA and attempts to hide EPA's actions by adopting Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") policies that interfere with public dissemination of agency records and by preventing EPA employees from freely engaging with the news media.
